Do you offer discreet shipping packaging?
- Yes, all packages are delivered in plain packages.
- Return Address reads as Customer Service.
- Company name or logo does not appear on the outer packaging.
Are purchases discreet on the bill?
- Yes, our company name will NOT appear on bank or credit card or PayPal statement.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
- We understand that not all toys please all people. If that were the case, there can be ONLY ONE. (Highlander reference)
- Should it be that a product purchased from ShhhhFun is not what you had hoped for, please contact us. We are happy to assist finding something that is exactly what you're looking for.

What if I want to cancel or return my order?
- Please see the link below regarding returns and rejected orders.
- We do not accept products for returns once the package has been opened.
- Should you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.
- We understand the desire to open a recently purchased items, however opening the packing may void any reason for return.
Does ShhhhFun honor manufactures' warranties?
- We choose our toys carefully, many of the products sold by us come with a manufacture warranty.
- Short answer, no. Manufacturers handle the own warranties.
- ShhhhFun is not able to guarantee manufactures' warranty, but we are happy to help with the process. Even if the toy wasn't purchased from us.
